Attractions
Lower Wraxall is situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - bridleways
and footpaths meander from the hamlet.
The Jurassic coastline is nine miles away - Burton Bradstock being
our locally favoured spot with a delightful National Trust cafe on the
beach.
Bath and Weymouth. Take the local train from Maiden Newton and enjoy these Georgian towns - Bath famous for 'The Roman Baths' and individual, lovely shops and Weymouth for it's Georgian sea front and the Olympic sailing in 2012!!
Sherborne. Castle and Abbey and some excellent shops.
